• Do you deliver and set up? Yes here at KT Event Hire delivery and set up is all part of the service.

• Can we put the bouncy castle indoors? Yes, the only difference is that instead of pegging it to the ground with ground pegs,it is weighted to the floor using sandbags.

• Will we have enough space? All our castle dimensions can be found on our products page. If in doubt please ask.

• Can we hire more than one bouncy castle ? of course, as long as you have the space available. This is always good idea for larger events. 

• Will the castle be tidy and clean. DEFINITELY! We pride ourselves in the condition of our bouncy castles. They are always cleaned after use and on set up. KT Event Hire do ask that you keep them in this condition by allowing nothing to go on the bouncy castle except people, no food or drink.

• Is there any cancellation charge ? All deposits are non refundable. There is no cancellation charge for bouncy castles if wet and normally if you give us enough notice of cancellation there will be no further charges. 

• Can you put the bouncy castle up on any surface? Unfortunately not, we can only supply a outdoor bouncy castle on REAL GRASS surfaces. 

• Do we pay a deposit ? We ask for a £10 deposit for All Event Hire and £25 deposit for Hot Tub Hire. This secures your booking and will be deducted from the total hire charge. 

• Are you insured ? Yes we have £5 million Public Liability Insurance.

• How safe our your bouncy castles ? KT Event Hire prides its self in the safety of our castles. Our bouncy castles are tested regularly and all carry up to date safety certificates, they are manufactured in accordance to the latest safety guidelines cables are renewed every year and all appliances P.A.T tested. Safety mat's are supplied with all our bouncy castles ALSO WE INSIST THAT ALL BOUNCY CASTLES SHOULD BE SUPERVISED BY A SUITABLE ADULT AT ALL TIMES.

• What space is required for Hot Tub Hire? Our gazebo with the Hot Tub package requires a space of 3mx3m 

• How do you fill the Hot Tub? We can provide a hose pipe if you don't have your own, we normally fill this using your outdoor tap but if you don't have one don't worry we can use a indoor tap with one of our connectors.

• How long does it take for the Hot Tub to heat up? It can take up to 24 hours depending on the outside temperature.
